Could read manifest

If the program read the manifest from the wsp, it would avoid having to duplicate information from wsp in the setup.exe.config -- for example, the solution GUID. It could be done by spawning extrac32.

I've since discovered that Trent's smartsolutionupgrade implements this already -- redeploying a solution by parsing the WSP and then deactivating all extant activated instances, retracting & removing & redeploying the solution, and then reactivating all the same instances. http://trentacular.com/tag/solution-deployment/

I think stapled features and activation dependencies may be problematic with the idea of automatically reactivating features -- also, how could the program know the correct (desired) activation order?
